  10. 窶｢US Orders - All orders are shipped via First-Class mail, unless otherwise requested.  2nd Day Shipping is available within the US upon request for an additional fee.  Orders received after noon, US Central Standard Time (-6 GMT), are shipped the following business day when special delivery requests are made.  Normal shipping time is 14 business days or less.  (Shipping times during Holidays may be longer)

  12. 窶｢International Shipping - International shipping is available.  Foreign orders are shipped via Air-Mail.  All Canadian orders are handled as international orders.  See order form for shipping costs for individual products.

  17. 窶｢ Credit Card Orders We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards.  All charges are made before shipment of orders to varify credit.  We utilize address varification for validating charges for your security.  Please include your card's billing address on order form, as requested.

  19. 窶｢  Orders By Check We only accept United States checks.  There is a $15 processing fee for all returned checks.  Foreign orders must be in the form of a money order in US currency only.

  24. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and will do everything within reason to make that possible.  Before ordering, please review our policies regarding the return of merchandise.

  26. 窶｢ Defective Merchandise If your order has been received and damage has occurred during the shipping process, we will gladly ship you another package upon notification.  Notification of damaged articles must be within 30 days of original shipping date.

  28. 窶｢ Refunds Refunds are only issued on un-opened merchandise and must be returned at the purchaser's expense within 30 days of original shipping date.  Refunds are issued via the payment method used for purchase for the amount of purchase minus original shipping cost.

We want you to be satisfied with the "SoundList" service and we will do everything within reason to make that possible. This service is designed to make it easier for you to obtain the latest Clixsounds files, as well as a few "special edition" files exclusively sent to subscribers long before anyone else gets their hands on them.

  37. Sound Distribution: Files will be distributed on a weekly basis, usually no less than one sound per week.  There will be occasions in wich more than one sound may be sent as a "special edition" sound, as mentioned above.

Subscription Processing: Your subscription will be processed upon being received and should active within 10 days.  Once your subscription is active, you will receive a confirmation message that will include information regarding your subscription.  This confirmation message will serve as your receipt and should be printed and kept for your records.

Email Addresses: Sounds will be sent to the email address you submitted in the subscription form.  You are allowed to change that email address only once during your subscription period.  Each change of address after will result in a $2 service fee.  Send your requests for change of address toemail@clixsounds.com.

  43. Cancellations:You may choose to have service discontinued at any time.  However, no refunds will be issued once service has begun.
